Spring Break Vacation

With the chilly weather we have been having we decided to jump in the car and head in a Southwesterly direction in search for sunshine over Spring Break. We stayed in Las Vegas on the way down to Palm Springs to see my sister, Jessica, and family. What a beautiful home they have and weather to boot!

On the way home we stayed in St. George with Jon and his dog, Daisy, for a couple days (Jenny and kids were visiting family up North). We ate good food, watched some baseball under the sun and the kids went swimming with their Barney cousins who happened to be in St. George as well.

We can't wait for our next trip to see them all again!

Jon & Jenny's Visit

My Brother, Jon and Jenny came to visit us last weekend and we had such a great time catching up. Ryan and Jaryn had a blast playing with Cricket, Tilly and Dewey. We had so much fun together we decided to head their way for our spring break this last week...

Our New Puppie

If you've been reading Kellie's Blog, you already know we have a new addition to the family. Her name is Sadie and she is a Red Lab. We had never seen a red lab before, so when we met her at the door of Sportsman's Warehouse, we all fell in love with her. We couldn't move into our new home without a dog for Ryan and Jaryn. They still can't believe we finally have a dog. Sadie has been tons of fun but not without great effort on the part of Becky who spends most of her day with her. She is training very well and we are grateful for wood floors making the intermittant accident easy to clean. She is great with the kids, but Tabitha, our cat, is not so sure about the whole thing yet. She has recently figured out how to "fetch" and now can go for a jog with D.J. at about a 12 minute pace for three blocks (perfect for him).
